Online Ordering Portal

Firehouse Subs wanted to roll out a third-party online ordering portal to make it easy for their customers to put in orders ahead of time. The only problem, the third-party software's skinning engine was bulky and complex. S4 meticulously crafted and delivered a desktop and mobile online ordering experience that far exceeded Firehouse's expectations.

Next Up

After the successful project completion of the Hearty and Flavorful Challenge, Firehouse Subs teamed up with S4 again to align the company’s ordering system with Firehouse Subs’ brand identity. We customized the design of over 100 images used on the ordering system’s interface, pulled in appropriate fonts and provided overall creative guidance to ensure a well-branded experience.

Mobile Too

We also customized the design for all mobile-version images that are used on the third-party ordering system’s interface. The end result is an ordering system designed to appear as a seamless part of the customer experience for Firehouse Subs’ online audience.
